"Dandie pet owners have such fun with their animals that they come to the annual Fun Day, play games, dress up their dog (and sometimes themselves), enter simple competitions and generally have a great time together.

This event is held in October at the Dog Park around the third Sunday, and lasts for about 4 hours.

Family and friends come along and get to know other Dandie owners, exchange anecdotes and experiences and generally go home satisfied that their Dandie is, of course, the best animal in the world.

Participation is free, light refreshments are provided and there are plenty of photo opportunities as you can see in these photos."
